Kindly inspect the parcel before accepting it. If you notice any damage during transit, please file a damage report with the courier and reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days .

Please note that all packaging and seals must be intact. Any products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted by our returns department.

Unfortunately, if you return an Bellaaurum product the cost and risks associated with postage are your own. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage charges unless the return is due to our own error
